StepFit
More than 11 million people do step aerobics each year. It offers cardio benefits similar to running but it's much easier on the joints. Using a step box and later a fitball to target thighs and bottoms, StepFit will give you the ultimate workout.
Aqua-tonic
A fun and energetic workout in the pool. Using the resistance of the water for all-over toning. Suitable for all levels.
Bike
A motivating calorie-burning class! The ultimate indoor cycling experience...Have fun with group cycling to high energy music on a stationary cycle. You will climb and descend hills and do flat road sprints, giving you the ultimate workout.
Full Body Blitz
This is the ultimate class for those famous female problem areas: legs, bums and tums. Women tend to store more fat cells in those areas, but some exercises can end up bulking up the legs even further. FBB creates longer and leaner muscles without adding bulk. The exercises will involve floor work on a mat, a step box, and is low-impact. You will feel it work...and you will see the gain!
Yoga Body Tone
Working from a mat to exercise muscles such as the lower back and abdominals. This class also improves posture and tone by lengthening, strengthening, and stretching the whole body. You will be left revived and refreshed.
Bar 'n' Tone
A fantastic total body conditioning program. Use barbells to tone every muscle in your body. One of the most successful programs in today's fitness industry.
Stretch 'n' Tone
This class combines toning, stretching and relaxation exercises helping to improve your flexibility, relax the mind and tone your muscles.
Class Etiquette
In the interest of your safety and in consideration of other members, please adhere to the following:

Please always register for each class at the reception desk - bookings will start the day of class.

Please consult your doctor before participating in any activity if you are unsure of the suitability of any class, or if you are recovering from or currently suffering from any medical condition.

Please also inform the instructor if you are pregnant, recovering from illness or injury before the start of class

Please arrive on time. If you are late you will have missed the warm-up, which is potentially dangerous and for safety reasons you will not be able to participate

Please only come to the class if you can participate in all of it, as otherwise you will miss the cooldown

For hygenic purposes: Please use your towel to cover your exercise mat
-
Please return any used equipment (step, etc.) to its original place before leaving the studio

Always bring your towel and a water bottle with you to stay hydrated

APPROPRIATE EXERCISE ATTIRE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES:

Non-marking indoor gym shoes

Tight fitting clothing for spin classes

For your own safety please adjust the length of your gym trousers for step and all aerobic/dance classes
